BANQUET AND AWARD INFORMATION
Please help the West Virginia Chapter of Gamma Sigma Delta make plans for its annual activities and events. We very much want to receive your input.
DUES AND BANQUET RESERVATIONS
Submitting the Dues/Banquet Reservation form is very important. Please confirm your current address and provide your e-mail address to ensure that you remain on the active mailing list. Annual dues are currently $20.00 (retired members pay no dues). Dues help to fund annual scholarships, defray the cost of award citations and plaques, and cover general operating costs of the chapter.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
The generosity of members has resulted in scholarship awards to the outstanding sophomore,
junior, and senior in the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design.
In addition, the Richard C. Russell Scholarship is awarded to a student in the
college who has demonstrated exceptional leadership or service. Please consider
making an additional contribution to help fund these scholarships. Please make

NOMINATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP AND SPECIAL AWARDS
Gamma Sigma Delta depends on participation of active members to keep it vital. Please nominate new members and candidates for special awards using the respective forms provided here. Excerpts from the by-laws related to award criteria provide details about the awards. This recognition shows appreciation of activities by its members and strengthens the mission of the West Virginia Chapter of Gamma Sigma Delta.
Award nominations must be signed and accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation to be considered. You will be notified if your nominee is selected to receive an award. The nominator is responsible for preparing a brief written statement which will be printed on the citation that is presented during the banquet and to introduce the awardee at the Annual Initiation and Awards Banquet.
DECEASED MEMBER RECOGNITION
We would like to recognize recently deceased members of Gamma Sigma Delta at the
annual banquet. If you know of members who have recently passed away, please e-mail
